Century July – Reading in the Summer Garden

This vertical work combines the words ‘July’, ‘Century’ and ‘Fiction Number’ with a refined garden illustration. A woman in a yellow dress reads in a wicker chair, while a second woman sits on the grass with an open book on her lap. Yellow flowers, a dark dog and a garden path between white columns complete the scene. The beige background, green border and visibly weathered appearance create a warm overall effect. The combination of a peaceful garden atmosphere and striking typography suits a traditional living room, bedroom or study with a reading nook.
