Returns and withdrawal

You may return collection artworks in a standard size without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Once you notify us, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Custom designs and artworks in a custom size are produced specifically for you. They are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Of course, you still have the right to receive products free of defects.

Email info@xlkunst.com with your order number and the products you wish to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form below.

Return the product undamaged in its original packaging or packaging of equivalent quality to: XL Kunst, Zwaanshals 362, 3035 KS Rotterdam.

You pay the cost of return postage. We will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notice using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the product before refunding.

If the product is damaged by handling beyond what was needed to assess it, we may deduct the reduction in value.

Did your artwork arrive damaged? Notify us within 48 hours and send photographs of the product and packaging. We will provide a solution at no cost, including for custom designs.
