Torch with Curved Typography in Black and White

This graphic composition shows a raised hand holding a torch, its flame trailing to the right. The words ‘Young Americans for Freedom’ form an arc around the illustration. Irregular outlines and distinctive letterforms give the image a vintage feel. The spacious light background places all the emphasis on the central emblem. The restrained black-and-white palette suits a study or hallway with graphic accents. Alongside its decorative character, the organisation's name gives the work an explicitly political dimension.
