Butterflies Around the Light on Sunny Yellow

A large white light bulb forms the centrepiece of this yellow composition. Dark butterflies and moths with finely drawn wings gather around the light. The generous empty space beneath the swarm heightens the contrast between the abundant detail and the simple background. At the bottom is an English quotation about ideas and followers, with a name attribution and the words Management Development IBM. The combination of illustration, block colour and typography gives the work a vintage graphic feel. A striking choice for an office, hallway or living room with mid-century accents or colourful decor.
